• Day 1 Saturday-Athens – Mani Exochori
• Day 2 Sunday – Reiki Training at Exochori
• Day 3 Monday - Reiki Training at Tseros traditional olive groves at Saidona
• Day 4 Tuesday - Reiki Training at the Taygetos mountain/ Foneas beach
• Day 5 Wednesday - Reiki Training and final attunement at Exochori Mani
• Day 6 Thursday – Relaxation Day-in the evening good-bye reiki session and traditional Greek dinner
• Day 7 Friday – after breakfast we drive to Kalamata for Coffee break and then to Athens.

Instructor: Konstantinos Fotiadis
Konstantinos Fotiadis is the Reiki Expert. Starting off from a young age he completed the Traditional Reiki 3-degree system in a year and ever since performed many sessions. He has been trained to different Reiki systems afterwards like Sheikim Reiki and Karuna Ki but his interest is what brought him to Lightarian Reiki where he Mastered at 2009. He’s been doing seminars and attunements since 2011 having great love for teaching and “passing the flame” to others that are interested.
Program
On Saturday departing from our Athens, we will drive to Mani and to the graphic village of Exochori where we will use as our base for our 7-day unique experience. Each morning you get to enjoy a refreshing Greek breakfast before we start any activity.
On Sunday morning, we begin with a healing session as a way to detox our bodies from all negative energies we carry while at noon after lunch we rest so that afternoon finds us ready for our first attunement with a bit of history around Reiki.
Monday begins with healing sessions and meditation, after that, we depart for the olive grove to spend our day with the second attunement and meditation techniques while learning about human and animal physiology.
Tuesday is the day we begin to heal ourselves through Reiki, third attunement is in place and we begin our training at self-healing positions while exploring the mountains or seas near Mani.
Wednesday concludes our attunements and we are ready to feel the life-changing part as we absorb and heal the lost parts of ourselves while enjoying the majestic view and we let our minds travel beyond.
Thursday is the relaxation day where you get to explore more of the village and its friendly people. In the evening we proceed with a final healing session and you get your good-bye packages with many surprises in them (all airport-friendly).
After the good-bye reiki session, you will enjoy a traditional Greek dinner with extra virgin olive oil, wine and Greek gastronomical surprises of the area.
As Friday comes and our journey concludes, our bus leads us to Kalamata where you can enjoy your coffee in front of the sea and have some spare time for shopping. We drive back to the Athens (3 hours’ drive) and we promise to meet again soon. Accommodation in Athens on Friday night can be arranged for special low price on request.

On free days and evenings, you can choose to relax, explore the area, explore the mountain go to the beach or go hiking, walking, maintaining, swimming.
The Guesthouse:
Vasiliki’s Tower Traditional Stone House is located at Exochori Messiniaki Mani. The house is traditional and can accommodate a group of 5-10 guests. Bedrooms: 2 Queen size Bed Bedrooms, 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds, one big sofa-bed at the Dining room that can turn into double bed and two foldable single beds. There are two sofas at the spacious salon. One full bathroom and a second bathroom with shower. There is one modern fully equipped spacious kitchen inside, dining room and spacious saloon. The private yard outside is spacious and has table chairs umbrella and a full equipped exterior kitchen.
About Exochori
Τhe traditional mountainous village of Exochori is on the northwest slope of Mountain Taygetos, at an altitude of 500 meters and at a distance of 8 km away Kardamyli. It belongs to the municipality of Western Mani and was known as Androuvitsa until 1932. In fact, Androuvista consisting of many small settlements and Chora as center of special architectural style and panoramic location, was not simply a village but a key region for going from Laconia to Messinia through the “Royal Road”. This region was firstly mentioned in historical source of the 13th century and was the mountainous fortified old capital of medieval and ancient Kardamyli. The modern surrounding settlements were colonized by Exochori.
In Medieval times and during the Ottoman rule, it was the Episcopal seat for the one hundred churches, many of which stand still there having beautiful hagiographies, such as the church of the Archangels with the raised designs of the 11th century. It also gathered the characteristics of the region of Mani and emerged great captains such as the second Bey of Mani, Michahl Troupakis. The last remaining witnesses of those times are towers Faseas, Patriarchea, Prokopea, Zervea and the imposing tower of Kitriniaris of 1786 creating a unique monumental architectural wealth for the region.
Today Exochori, being on the rim of the gorge of Viros and inside the beautiful wildlife Taygetos, constitutes an ideal destination for mountain tourism offering impressive routes and activities such as hiking or biking and demanding walking paths such as crossing the gorge and climbing on the highest peak of Taygetos (2407m). More than seven hundred species of plants constitute the special flora of the region and it offers shelter to rare species of wild birds and animals preserving an important and unique natural ecosystem.
The remarkable and ruined monasteries of Vaidenitsa and Samouel are between the villages Exochori and. Exochori also offers a guesthouse and accommodation, while the old school of the village houses the Historical Folklore Museum of Androuvista.
About Saidona village where the Olive Groves and the cottage are located
Saidona is a mountainous village in western Mani, at an altitude of approximately 600 m, 54 km away from Kalamata and 13 km away from beach of Stoupa, and is amphitheatrically built on the southwest side of Mountaint Sotiritsa at the foot of Taygetos. Those who passed by that place, admired the beauty of the village within the environment created by huge oaks and flowing waters with cobblestone alleys and old traditional stone houses overlooking the sea. Furthermore, the beauty of the landscape and the existence of many nightingales gave the name to the village (nightingales- “Aidonia” – San – Saidona).
The first inhabitants were settled in Saidona after the Ottoman conquest of Greece, as evidenced by the ruins of houses and the existence of two historically preserved tower monasteries of the area, of Samuhl and Vaidenitsa dated back to the 17th century.
Other remarkable monuments of Saidona are the tower of Kitriniaris and the temples of Archangel of the 13th century and Saint Nicolaos of 1830. The participation of the villagers was important in all national liberation struggles as they participated in the resistance action of 1940. In honor of the fallen fighters of the region, they have erected a monument at the entrance of Saidona, where each year on the Sunday before Assumption a memorial prayer takes place. Saidona offers a private cottage guesthouse perfect for agritourism in the middle of a traditional olive grove at Taygetos highland, with view to the sea and private road. The perfect location to meditate.
